Mr. Naveen began his career as an Automation Engineer at Amara Raja Industries, where his passion for learning quickly propelled him to the role of Production Control Engineer. There, he honed his expertise in Robotic Automation. Seeking new challenges, he moved to Saudi Arabia, working with some of the world's leading companies as an Automation Engineer and earning numerous accolades during his tenure.

Armed with invaluable experience and accomplishments, he returned to India to pursue his entrepreneurial ambitions. He founded CLOCK ZERO AGRICULTURE PVT LTD, a pioneering Poultry Automation venture that revolutionized poultry farming in India. His deep expertise in automation combined with an unwavering commitment to empowering farmers led to remarkable success — transforming the operations of over 50 farmers and achieving an annual turnover of more than $5 million in just three years.

Recognizing the importance of clean energy generation and the scope of electronics in shaping the future of the Indian electronics eco-system, he partnered up with his brothers to set up a state-of-the-art cutting-edge Electronic Manufacturing Facility. Under the guidance of Industry Veterans as our mentors, Ensolite strives to be the leader in producing advanced Electronic and Electrical products.
